ActionScript/PHP Developers

We're expanding the services side of our business to deliver against recently won engagements with select regional and national agencies and brands. The type of work ranges from social media applications to Flash marketing sites and games. And we're looking for a few key talented players to add to our team.

Ideal applicants are a hybrid: ActionScript badasses who also have an operational expertise in PHP.

Primarily, you should have experience with animating and scripting in flash, and optimizing animations and graphics for all types of web media. Applicants must be proficient in Flash 8/9, Actionscript 2/3, Photoshop and Illustrator. You should be organized and have a keen eye for design and layout. Experience with HTML, CSS is required. XML, javascript, 3d animation software, Final Cut Pro, and AfterEffects are a plus.

Secondarily, you should have development experience building transactional (not necessarily commerce but certainly sites that serve a function beyond brochure-ware) web applications. You should be comfortable working with object-oriented development, MVC frameworks, XHTML, Ajax, CSS, XML/XSLT, and JavaScript.
