Nicholas Barone
Prior to joining Hyperlocal Media, Nicholas worked as a web designer and junior art director at a WNY ad agency, as well as shooting and editing a video documentary for broadcast television. While at Canisius College, he worked at the Buffalo News and another local ad agency, while acting as Art Director of the school newspaper.
Nicholas works on magazine layout, ad design, video production, and web site interface design for Hyperlocal Media clients. Before starting at HLM, he worked on projects for such clients as Mighty Taco, Value Home Centers, Think Financial, PBS/WNED, Journey's End Refugee Services, Video Resource Associates, and Success Stories, Inc.
Nicholas was born in Syracuse, NY and grew up in the Southtowns of Buffalo, NY.

Favorite work of art (fine art, film, album, novel, etc.) and why:
La Dolce Vita, directed by Federico Fellini, for the beautiful scene between Marcello and Sylvia in the Fontana di Trevi.

Barry Manilow, "Because it's Christmas" album. I'm a closet Barry Fanilow.
